Empty Cans Come Back to Life to Relieve Your Cabin Fever
Hey everyone! The holidays are over and after the Super Bowl this Sunday, what’s a person to do? Well, go see the Empty Can Band, of course. We’ll be playing at Two Brothers Roundhouse on Saturday, February 17th at 8:30 p.m. For a warm-up, Dave and Richie will be performing at Saturday Afternoon Cafe at Kiss the Sky Records in Batavia this coming Saturday, February 3rd from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
The band is even practicing some new material for the Two Brothers gig – wow! We’ll be playing two 75 minute sets beginning at 8:30 p.m. Two Brothers Roundhouse Brewery is located at 205 N Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505. The Empty Can Band includes Richie Van Ham on harmonica and wild dance moves, Johnny Mack on wicked lead guitar and vocals, Todd Moffett on in the pocket drums and vocals, Jim “Chevy” Chevalier on bass and good looks and Davy Glynn on rhythm guitar and vocals.
Richie and Dave, hot off their Mexican debut, will be playing some old favorites and the originals you seldom hear at Kiss the Sky Records 180 1st St, Batavia, IL 60510, this Saturday, February 3rd from 1 to 3 pm. Joining the guys for a few numbers will be Don Robinson on bass. This will be Don’s professional debut so please give him a warm reception.
